Are the products USDA 'Smart Snacks in School' compliant for Public Schools?
That’s our specialty! we have full menus for High Schools and Middle Schools. All with 100% ‘Smart Snacks in School’ and Texas state guidelines compliant drinks and snacks. In addition, thanks to our large product choices versus regular vending companies and because of our buying power we are able to offer much more affordable retail prices to your students and other consumers.
How much will this program cost for my location?
Nothing, this program is completely FREE!
How are refunds handled and How involved will my staff have to be?
With our SureVend™️ Guaranteed Product Delivery our machines know if a product doesn’t vend properly and when this happens the machine will rotate the coil up to three more times to push it over the edge. If the product still doesn’t drop into the receiving bin then it will notify the consumer and instruct them to select a different product choice or the option to receive a refund of their purchase. Your staff will not have to be involved at all, and best of all… NO MORE COMPLAINTS OR REFUNDS!
How do we know you will provide great service and not forget about us?
Our program is backed by our 1st class service guarantee. If you aren’t receiving 1st class service and are dissatisfied with our program we will remove our machine from your facility. No questions asked.
We currently have a drink contract or snack only contract, can you provide what we are missing?
Yes, we are more than capable and have multiple menu options featuring drink or snack only options and we are happy to complement what you currently have so that you are not in breach of your current contract.
How long would it take to receive your machines?
We build our state of the art machines brand new for each location. In most cases we see installation take place between 4-6 weeks, sometimes even faster.
